Burkina Faso Aftermath😒

  |   India News

Under the threat of Islamic militants☠ in West Africa, after the 2 deadly attacks💥 which killed 28 people, Burkina Faso and Mali’s PMs have agreed👍 to work together by sharing intelligence💡 and conducting joint security patrols. Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM)💀 lauded the atrocity at the Splendid Hotel in Ouagadougou saying: "This blessed operation is but a drop in the sea🌊 of global jihad." Although the exact details of the Burkina Faso and Mali cooperation were not immediately clear, the patrols and intelligence💡 sharing show their intent to prevent the spread of AQIM-styled💀 militancy. Militants have used northern Mali as a base for years, but only in the past year have they staged attacks in other parts of the region.
