Odd-Even clears👍 'working day' hurdle🚧

  |   India News

The Delhi Govt's ambitious 'Odd-Even'🚗 plan cleared a major hurdle🚧 after apprehensions of issues during the first full working day after the plan was implemented were put to rest today👍. "We are glad that people are following the rule," said🔊 Delhi Transport🚌 Minister Gopal Rai who himself took a bus to reach his office👏. Although many odd numbered cars🚗 were spotted on the roads on Monday, running on CNG or driven by women👩🏻, the roads were still less crowded in the morning. Regular Metro commuters🚅 said that the Metros weren't overly crowded as expected. The Delhi Metro🚅 had announced extra services after the plan was implemented👏. Some 475 violators❌ were penalised today though, which was more than the cumulative total of offenders during the first 2 days of the plan.

Generally, Delhiites seem to have embraced the plan👍.
