Kapil Sharma moves Bombay High Court against BMC notice to demolish a part of his office

Ace comedian Kapil Sharma has moved HC against BMC notice to demolish alleged illegal portion of his office in Versova (Mumbai).
News agency ANI tweeted, "#FLASH : Kapil Sharma moves Bombay HC against BMC notice to demolish alleged illegal portion of his office in Versova (Mumbai)." In a tweet put out from his official handle the actor had said, "I am paying 15 cr income tax from last 5 year n still i have to pay 5 lacs bribe to BMC office for making my office @narendramodi."

BMC local ward office -K-west, had claimed that the actor was issued a stop work notice for his ground plus one storied structure at Andheri -west where he had build an additional second floor and also extended the rear side of the ground floor in July this year.
