Mumbai🌆 has seen it's air quality steadily deteriorate⬇ ever since the start of the fire🔥 at Deonar dumping ground a few days ago. Pollution levels🏭 remained at a very poor level with Friday being the worst. Dr Gufran Beig, scientist and project director at System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR), Pune said 🔈 that contrary to expectation the air quality had not improved even after a few days of the fire🔥. Deonar & Chembur areas have been worst affected while local hospitals 🏥 in the Navi Mumbai area have started seeing patients with aggravated respiratory problems😳. According to SAFAR's forecast for the next 3⃣ days, Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to be very poor for PM 2.5 (fine particulate matter)🙆.
