Hanuman🐒 to Appear in Bihar Court⁉

The Sub-Divisional Magistrate of a lower court🏤 in Rohtas, Bihar, issued summons to the Hindu god Hanuman🐒. The Public Works Department filed a complaint of encroachment which prompted the court to issue the summons. The department wanted to remove the ‘Panchmikhi’ temple🏯 as it was an obstruction to the traffic in the area. The court’s🏤 order was pasted on the idol of hanuman at the Dehir-on-Sone temple. Members of the Bajrang Dal & BJP🔸 opposed the notice and demanded its withdrawal. Earlier, an encroachment notice⚠ was issued against Hanuman🐒 for a roadside temple constructed in his honour in Begusarai, Bihar. But Bajrang Dal activists forced authorities to dump👎 the notice. On 1 Feb, a Bihar lawyer complained against Lord Ram and Laxman for banishing🚫 Sita into exile without proper justification. The Chief Judicial Magistrate rejected the case as ‘not maintainable’ & ‘beyond logic and facts.’😑
