BCCI Ombudsman AP Shah, who is looking🔍 into the issues of 'conflict of interest' in 🇮🇳 cricket has delivered strong recommendations in his first order. Most notable among it is his warning✋ to Harbhajan Singh regarding a sporting apparel👕 store he is running. In a complaint📋 filed by activist Neeraj Gunde, it was alleged that Harbhajan👳 owned an apparel company👕 called ‘Bhajji Sports’ which provided kits to at least 6⃣ Ranji teams. Harbhajan had then disclosed that the firm was run by Avtar Kaur (his mother) and that it was founded long before the current conflict of interest rules were formed. But AP Shah has recommended to BCCI that they take an undertaking✋ from 'Bhajji' that he won't be involved❌ in the management of the company until his contract with BCCI runs out.
