Pichai on Apple’s🍎 Defence of Privacy🔐

G👀gle CEO Sundar Pichai has this to share on the issue with the FBI🔎 ordering Apple to unlock🔓 a phone which belonged to one of the San Bernardino Shooter🔫. Pichai shared on social media that forcing companies to enable hacking could compromise the privacy🔒 of its users. He goes on: “We build secure products to keep your information safe and we give law enforcement 👮🏼access to data based on valid legal orders. But that’s wholly different than requiring companies to enable hacking⚠ of customer devices & data. Could be a troubling 😨 precedent.” He ended with saying that he was Looking forward to a thoughtful and open discussion on this important issue.
