PM Modi’s✌ ‘Make in 🇮🇳’ Week-long event in Mumbai has secured commitments worth ₹15.2 lakh cr💰. Maharashtra itself has secured ₹8 L Cr💰, which could make it the gateway🚪 to the rest of the country. It also received investment enquiries worth ₹1.5 L Cr💰. DIPP Secretary Amitabh Kant is hopeful that the summit would create a favourable👍 environment for investors around the globe🌍. 30% of investments came from foreign players. Kant said, "We have already opened the economy across sectors to the world🌍. We're now showcasing, connecting and collaborating for manufacturing in the country." Kant added the summit was also about innovation💡. It should be noted that non-NDA🔸 states (except for Karnataka✋ & Odisha✋) were kept away from the meeting😕.
