People from all over the🌎world have heard about 🎉Holi! This is because celebrating🎉 it is a lot of fun! People get together and throw coloured powder 🎉 on one another and have a great time doing so. They get messy, covered in all the colors of the 🌈rainbow, but it is worth it❗

_Traditional 🎉 Holi celebration:
🔥Chhoti Holi 🎉 : In most regions Holi festival is celebrated for two days. The first day is known as Jalanewali Holi🔥 - the night of Holi bonfire. This day is also known as Chhoti Holi and🔥 Holika Dahan. In South India, Holika Dahan is referred as 'Kama Dahanam' .

_🌈 Rangwali Holi / Dhulandi (Throwing Color)🎉 : The second day is known as Rangwali 🌈Holi - the day when people throw or smear 🌈 scented, colourful powders over each other. This is an exciting activity that is used to show devotion and respect🙏 to deities, friends, and 💖family members. Rangwali Holi🌈which is main Holi day is also known as Dhulandi🎉 or Dhulendi

🛢Dol Purnima (Dol Jatra) celebrations: In West Bengal and Odisha, 🎉Festivities actually begin six days beforehand. On Phagu Dashami, 🎉 Holi celebrations are dedicated to 🐚 Lord Krishna and 👸 Radha. The idols of Radha and Krishna✨ are carried around in procession✨ on specially decorated palanquins. Devotees take turns swinging them. The idols are also smeared with🎉 colored powder. Of course, colors are thrown🎉 at people on the streets too!
