For those who can’t get to London🇬🇧 for the Wimbledon🎾 tournament, IBM is offering a new way to experience the matches via Wimbledon’s official smartphone📱 apps and website. IBM is also using its new Cognitive Social Media Command Center📡 (CCC) which can read and understand natural language🗣. The CCC takes in feeds across various social media platforms and filters in conversations about Wimbledon and highlights trending topics📈 about the tournament. It will capture 3.2 million data points from 19 tennis🎾 courts during the 2⃣ weeks of the game, and will be 💯% accurate and with a super-fast response time. The CCC uses Watson’s API along with its own Natural Language🗣 Classifier and Alchemy⚗ Topic Analysis services to review🔎 social media content across the main social media platforms like Twitter🐦, Facebook👤, YouTube▶ etc.
