After the Supreme Court⚖ reinstated the Nabam Tuki-led Congress Govt in Arunachal Pradesh last week, Nabam Tuki resigned😱 as CM of the state. Tuki Govt was dismissed🙆 after 21 of Congress' 47 legislators rebelled against the CM which led to President's rule being imposed in the state😏 and later NEDA leader Kalikho Pul forming a Govt. Young leader Pema Khandu has now met the Governor and staked his claim to form a Govt👀, claiming that he has the support of 45 Congress MLAs and two independents. If 36-year-old Khandu becomes the CM👤, he will be India's youngest Chief Minister. He is the eldest son👍 of former CM Dorjee Khandu who was killed in a chopper crash🚁 in May 2011. Congress sources claimed that this move has brought the entire camp loyal to Kalikho Pul back to the party👏.
