A panic😖attack is a feeling of sudden and intense anxiety. They usually last from 5 to 30 minutes. A panic😖attack can include physical symptoms including shaking, feeling disorientated, nausea, rapid, irregular heartbeats, dry mouth, breathlessness, sweating and dizziness. While a panic attack is not dangerous, it can be frightening.
⏲What to do during an attack:
1⃣🕊Ride out the attack and try to keep doing things.
2⃣ 🕊Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
3⃣ 🕊Breathe in as slowly, deeply and gently as you can, through your nose. Count steadily from one to five on each in-breath.
4⃣ 🕊Breathe out slowly, deeply and gently through your mouth. Count steadily from one to five on each out-breath.
5⃣ 🕊You'll feel tired after the attack has passed. This is normal.

Take control: It's important not to let your fear of panic attacks control you.
Remember: That the symptoms you're experiencing are caused by anxiety.

🏃Get regular exercise
🍛Eat regular, balanced meals
☕️Avoid caffeine, alcohol and sugar
💬Talk to somebody who soothes your mind regularly.
