Mercedes' Nico Rosberg claimed the pole position☝ for Sunday's German GP after a small error😣 from Lewis Hamilton cost him a final assault on Rosberg's time🕐. Hamilton locked up in turn 6 and came short by a small margin of 1/10th of a second😱. Rosberg's effort was commendable though👏 as he ran only 1 single lap in Q3 after an electronics issue sidelined him for a while🙆. Ferrari were usurped by the Red Bulls of Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen👍, who finished 3rd and 4th. 'Iceman' Kimi Raikkonen was 5th, followed by Sebastian Vettel😌. Hulkenberg (Force India), Bottas (Williams), Perez (Force India) and Massa (Williams) completed the 🔝-10.
Despite claiming the pole, Rosberg will be wary😟 of Hamilton who beat him in the race last week in Hungary from a similar position😯.
