Though he conceded the pole😟 to teammate Nico Rosberg on Saturday, defending champion💪 Lewis Hamilton was not ready to concede any ground on Sunday as he stormed to victory💨 at the German Grand Prix to increase his lead atop the driver's championship tables to 19 over 2nd placed Rosberg👏. Just like in the previous race at Budapest, Hamilton overtook👀 Rosberg in the first corner and then led every lap to win a faultless race🏁. But Rosberg, whose disastrous start in his home race pushed him down to 4th😞, was hit with a 5-second time penalty⌛ by the race stewards after he tried to aggressively outmanoeuvre💥 Max Verstappen which pushed the Dutchman off the track briefly. Daniel Ricciardo claimed the 2nd spot👍 while Max Verstappen finished 3rd - a result which propelled Red Bull above🚀 Ferrari in the constructor's championship tables. Sebastian Vettel finished 5th while Kimi Raikkonen ended the race at 6th spot as a miserable season😓 for Ferrari continued.
Hulkenberg, Bottas, Button and Sergio Perez completed the 🔝-10.
