🔲Uber 👔CEO Travis Kalanick wants to replace 🔲Uber’s 1⃣ million human drivers with robots as soon as possible. Most analysts say that self-driving cars will take decades to come in the picture, but Kalanick believes otherwise & said🔉, “We are going commercial. This can’t just be about science.” This month, customers in Pittsburgh will be able to summon self-driving cars from their 📱phones – something that no one has achieved. G👀gle is still testing its systems & ⚡Tesla only offers autopilot. The Pittsburgh fleet will be supervised by humans in the driver’s seat for now. They’re using modified Volvo XC90 sport-utility vehicles which use 📷cameras, lasers, radar & GPS to navigate. So far 💯 have been delivered & a 💲300 million deal has been made to develop a full-auto car by 2021.
