External Affairs Minister 👵🏻Sushma Swaraj will address the 🌐UN General Assembly (UNGA) in 🌃New York on Monday, & is expected to give a strong response against 🇵🇰Pakistan PM Sharif’s UNGA speech. Earlier, 🇮🇳Indian envoy to the UN, Syed Akbaruddin said that terrorism was the primary concern for 🇮🇳India as well as for nations across the 🌐world. External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Vikas Swarup also said that one can also expect a continued focus from 🇮🇳India on the terrorism which is today without doubt the single biggest challenge to international peace & security. Right after Sharif’s speech, First Secretary in the Permanent Mission of 🇮🇳India to the 🌐UN Eenam Gambhir said that the worst violation of human rights is terrorism. She called 🇵🇰Pakistan as the ‘Ivy League of Terrorism’ & a terrorist state that has terror highly instrumental in its state policy.
