The duo behind Monse took home the Swarovski Award for Emerging Talent—but not before dressing Diane Kruger for the red carpet. The German actress cut a cool figure in a custom strapless blue dress that came dusted with eye-catching metallic gold sequins.
Kruger completed her look with mismatched earrings by Delfina Delettrez and nude velvet shoes, letting her dress take center stage. She had the leading-lady beauty look to match: She did her own makeup (yes, really), but called upon hairstylist Christopher Naselli to tame a bit of pre-show frizz before hopping into the car alongside the “very dapper” Garcia, as she describes him, and the “lovely” Kim—whom Kruger admitted were as charming as they were nervous. After all, it was one of fashion’s biggest nights.
