The angular vehicle has six massive wheels and is made entirely of carbon fibre and aluminium. It runs on solar energy, so there’s no chance of it running out of juice whilst making its way across the dusty planet.
There’s even a detachable lab so its passengers can conduct experiments as they explore. Sadly, the rover will never roll across Mars.
But it's certain to inspire space buggies of the future. Nasa has confirmed a mission to Mars is slated for 2033, under the instruction of President Donald Trump.
