Hyundai is expected to launch the new Tucson by the middle of 2019. Internationally, the Tucson received an update and was revealed at the 2018 New York Motor Show. Similar updates are expected in the new model. The updates on the new Tucson includes new headlamps with full LED units, a new grille and redesigned bumpers.
The international model also gets new driver-assist features, including autonomous emergency braking and lane-assist. Other features like a 360-degree camera and adaptive cruise control have been added but we are not sure which features of these will make it to the Indian version. The infotainment system of the new Tucson has been updated with a new 8.0-inch touchscreen system that gets Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Indian version of the Tucson will continue to offer the same engine options. There will be a 2.0-litre petrol and 2.0-litre diesel engine options. The petrol engine produces a maximum of 155 Bhp whereas the diesel unit produces a maximum of 185 Bhp.
