Arunachal Pradesh Governor Brig (Retd) B D Mishra and chief minister Pema Khandu have extended their warm greetings on the joyous occasion of Children's Day being celebrated on November 14 across the country.
The celebrations commemorate the birth anniversary of the country's first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
The Governor in his message earlier on Wednesday evening said every adult in the nation owes it to her or his child to provide her or him with the best facilities to grow up in a healthy and happy atmosphere.
"The Constitution of India lays down under Part IVA, Fundamental Duties, Article 51A, Sub Article (K), for every parent or guardian, to provide opportunities for education to his child or, as the case may be, ward between the age of six and 14 years," the Governor said....
