With an aim to improve the quality of life and development in the State by 2030, a 'Manipur Vision document 2030′ was formally launched in Imphal on Friday.
The 276-page document explores various areas and themes like agriculture, education, health, gender equality, peace, justice, sanitation, industry and biodiversity.
The Vision Document 2030 is designed and developed by incorporating 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) based on inputs given by various stakeholders.
Chief minister Singh said Manipur stood 6th position along with two other States out of 29 States as per NITI Aayog SDG India Index, Baseline Report (2018).
Manipur's composite score was 59 as against all India average score of 54, he added....
