Loud, booming and almost deafening noises 🙉 - if you think your eardrums can surpass such decibels for more than 140 minutes, Marjaavan is your go to film 👍!
The thought process 🤔 that went into the making of this Siddharth Malhotra (bulky)-Riteish Deshmukh (whose talent is simply wasted in this one)-Tara Sutaria (she cries and cries and cries) starer will remain a mystery which one's simply not interested in unraveling 🤷🏻♀.
Just when one thought that director Milap Zaveri cannot make anything more tedious than Satyameva Jayate 🇮🇳, he proves us wrong with Marjaavan and makes SJ seem like a classic 😳.
Raghu (Siddharth Malhotra) is a slumdog who is raised by Anna (Nasser). Anna favors Raghu more than his vertically challenged son Vishnu (Riteish Deshmukh) and this explains a lot why Vishnu growls 😤 every time the camera 🎥 faces him. They fight other villains, they fight eachother and when Raghu isn't fighting, he's spending the night with his prostitute friend 😚 Aarzoo (Rakul Preet Singh) or wooing a mute damsel Zoya (Tara Sutaria) during the day.
The film is jammed with growls, thundering music, menacing men and over-the-top action sequences, where the men deliver a lengthy monologue before the brawl.
Suits your taste???
P.S: There's no film without a Nora Fatehi dance number 💃, Marjaavan ticks that box as well ✅.
