Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb viewed that the massive victory of the BJP-led NDA under the leadership of Narendra Modi is the result of good governance he gifted the people of the country during the last five-year rule.
He also said for the first time in the history of the country’s election there was no anti-incumbency against the PM.
Addressing a gathering during a socio-cultural function of Bishnupriya Manipuri organization at Rabindra Satarbarshiki Bhavan at Agartala on Sunday, Deb said, “When anyone rules there will be someone who will remain dissatisfied. In English this is called anti-incumbency, be it MLA, MP or any elected person who after five years of governing goes to the public for vote there will be both who are dissatisfied and also another satisfied and this is very natural.”...
