Political analysts have said that it is of much vitality to engage the security sector as the nation seeks to find solutions to socio-economic and political crises.
Speaking during a discussion on the country's deepening political and economic crises in Harare on Thursday evening, Pride Mukono, the chairperson of Crisis in Zimbabwe Coalition's youth committee, said:
I think we really need to have a dialogue and that ... has to be very sincere. Sincerity starts with Mnangagwa acknowledging that he is not in charge.
We have to go back and say to the guys who rode down tanks and removed (former president Robert) Mugabe, 'what are your interests in respect of this country'?
